Leadership Team
Responsible for integrity, sustainability, and Christ-centered execution of our mission and vision. Except for our Executive Director, all volunteer led, and open for board leadership.
Residential Services Team
Care Coaches and Administrator oversee daily operations and classes of the home. Providing trauma-sensitive support for the women who choose to come and dare to begin a new life through transformation. These positions work directly with the women and would need to be female.
Business & Administration Team
Oversee ministry business, HR, and administration. Currently all volunteer led.
Development Team
Creatively raises awareness and connecting communities to support survivors. Currently all volunteer led.
