Sex trafficking is never a pretty picture. There is ALWAYS hope.
As long as they are alive- there is hope for redemption & restoration!
Together – each of us using our time, talent, and treasure, we can build a support system to LOVE, RESTORE, & SUPPORT women recovering from sex trafficking and exploitation. AND we are doing it!!
We celebrated and worked together at our 2022 Ignite Hope Luncheon. HUGE thanks to each attendee and the team that made it happen!! We raised over $30,000, we had repeat attendees with MANY new faces, we had over 21 volunteer during the event, a handful of NEW volunteers since the event, and even NEW financial supporters!
God is moving and using people to accomplish what he has set us out to do: love the broken and lost that they may find freedom and redemption.
Recently, two women we had been walking alongside with love & support, were able to get into a restorative care home to really heal and work through all the traumas that had shattered their lives. THE BIGGEST need for trafficked survivors is HOUSING- so this is beyond CRAZY good!!
We also welcomed a new board member who just recently learned of Redeem & Restore Center and he comes with the experience of opening a home that provided trauma and so much more! We had been praying for more leaders to join our team for months and God delivered more (with his skills & knowledge) than we had even considered!
And now we have just added a new advisory board member who has over 20 years experience in fundraising to help us grow financially to support the services we will offer once we have the home! We have been praying for this specific need for over 2 years!
We are so thankful for what we have done together and how God has been in the center of it all! We are so excited as we continue to look for the home that God has chosen for Redeem & Restore Center to provide more housing for women recovering from sex trafficking!!
This mission will always need MANY hands on deck to continue to do what we do and do even more- so that women may continue to hope and heal as they become all they were created to be!!!!
