Human trafficking happens everywhere- even in all 72 counties of Wisconsin.
Human trafficking is a thriving industry in the United States because of an unending supply of vulnerable people and the increasing demand of buyers. There are over 300,000 US victims.
They each need hope and help to heal as they work through the many traumas they have endured- many that started in childhood.
We have shown this hour-long documentary followed by Q & A every year at the Marcus Majestic, and various churches in January (National Anti-Human Trafficking Month). An excellent tool to get people talking and engaged!
It touches on the various complexities of human trafficking and focuses on the hope from multiple interviews of survivors and those fighting this evil industry!
