Redeem and Restore Center exists to love, restore, and support women and girls who have been rescued from domestic sex trafficking.
We will be proactive at protecting any human life from becoming victims in sex trafficking through awareness events and presentations. No person deserves to be trafficked and without freedom. Through networking with other organizations: we can change accepted cultural norms (i.e. acceptance of purchasing sex, women’s highest value is her body, prostitutes chose the life), ending the demand for more slaves, complete restoration for those sexually abused, rescue those lost in the ‘no life’, and provide the best possible restorative care to those rescued. We can provide real hope and a future by restoring their value! Victims will leave Redeem and Restore Center and be true survivors, and over-comers.
OUR ORGANIZATION & VALUES
Redeem and Restore Center is a public benefit 501c3 nonprofit charity founded in September 2013. We recognize that we can provide all the needed awareness, outreach, services, and care for the victims of sex trafficking by building great community partnerships and collaboration with existing organizations throughout the state.
“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Proverbs 31: 8-9
We are committed to success in each aspect of our mission to those entrapped in the ‘no life’ of trafficking and prostitution. Our staff will love unconditionally, help restore brokenness to wholeness, provide ongoing support, and giving empowerment through each step of their journey.
The responsibility that is needed in caring for these women will take a strong foundation of integrity with each person directly involved with them. It will always take teamwork of vetted staff and volunteers to be consistent and reliable. We will provide structure, safety, and quality in each program, but respecting their individuality.
We are a faith based organization and we will serve each person without requiring them to embrace our beliefs. We will demonstrate the love of Jesus in practical ways: providing a safe home, food, clothing, access to medical care, counseling, educational opportunities, and vocational training.
1 John 3:18 says “Dear children let us not love with words or tongue, but with action and in truth.”
We will provide the opportunities for transformation, and they will take each step as they are ready. When they come to the steps of moving out on their own, we will continue our support role for another year as they build new relationships away from the Center. Then we can help ensure their future successes as they continue making steps forward.
We continue to seek to have more collaboration with existing ministries and organizations. We then can assist each other in providing all the needed services and care for the victims of sex trafficking.
We are committed to treat each person that we partner with and those we serve, with respect and dignity. We will be diligent in using all resources that we are given effectively, responsibly, and with accountability in bringing restoration and new life to exploited women and girls. We believe in integrity, honesty and transparency for a safe and ethical environment.
